Hi Elly, Just wanted to let you know that the cupcakes were fabulous - both the Red Velvet and the Junior Mint! We also froze some (with a plastic bag tightly around the cupcake tray), and I'm pleased to report that when they were thawed they were just as delicious! thanks again, Jacqueline
Highly recommend cupcakes from Elly! I ordered the cookies & cream as well as s'mores cupcakes, and both were amazing. She was also able to incorporate a special ingredient at my request, which made the cupcakes much more personal, and made them a great surprise for my girlfriend on her birthday. All that, PLUS hand delivery from Elly herself made this a great experience!
